Our Team
As Co-founder and CEO of iPeerion, Paul is responsible for directing all aspects of company strategy, planning, and operations. Paul has held numerous leadership positions in his 30-year career, including serving as COO of Langenburg Technologies and in business development and acquisitions at OldCastle, Inc., as well as founder of four successful ventures; all of which were exited through acquisition.
More
Paul brings to iPeerion diverse experience in taking nascent companies to scale, paired with operational expertise in large enterprises; including developing and leading a thousand-member workforce. Paul brings broad cross-sector expertise to iPeerion and his functional experience includes strategy, business development and acquisitions, operations, marketing and R and D. Paul’s strengths as a developer of companies arise from two capabilities -- perception (being among the first to identify gaps in the market) and synergistic thinking (synthesizing disparate pieces into innovative solutions that bridge those gaps). It was this core skill set that enabled him to both grasp the early implications of blockchain technology and the power of meshing it with other next-generation tech developments including AI advances and cutting edge cyber-security. It was this idea that gave birth to iPeerion. Paul serves as Director for First America Equity Trust, which group has planned and accomplished multiple (green energy centric) economic development projects throughout the western states and served as founding President on the Board of Bright Water Waldorf School in Seattle, of which he and his wife Susanna were co-founders. Originally from Ireland, Paul holds an engineering degree from University College Dublin. Vertical Divider

Rodney is an ethologist, reform strategist and ergonomist who brings to iPeerion an understanding of organizations as systems and the contextual factors that enable them to thrive or cause them to fail. His approach, a synthesis of inclusive spirituality, social ecology and sustainability theory, is focused on what he considers the three pillars of societal thriving – Diversity, Democracy and Humanity.
More
Rodney has served on the founding leadership teams and boards of multiple organizations including Defy Ventures, a national felon-to-founder business mentorship program, MusicNow, a first-generation dotcom and one of the earliest successful MP3 platforms, Lake Productions, an award-winning film producer that tells stories of diversity, and The Human Element, a DEI/CSR/culture intelligence advisory. A native of Birmingham, Rodney grew up there in the especially racially tense 1970s, and was one of 400 or so African Americans out of 20,000 students attending University of Oklahoma amid its longstanding problems with racism. He attended divinity school in San Francisco, where, amid mounting AIDS hysteria, he both comforted victims and combatted religion-fueled homophobia. He was a grad student in New York City, in the wake of 9/11, where he served as a trauma counselor. A veteran organizer, he began working on behalf of diverse political candidates as a 12-year-old, supporting Richard Arrington’s bid become Birmingham’s first African American mayor at a time when the city still had a white-identifying majority, and a few years later, helping Terri Carr become the first female and African American student body president at Oklahoma University. Experiences like those laid the foundation for work he’d do in everything from promoting marriage equality to leading clergy engagement for the Obama presidential campaign. Rodney has an M.Div. from GGBTS, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Th.D. from SCA-UTS, along with coursework at Drew Seminary and Columbia Teachers College. In addition to iPeerion, Rodney spends his time writing, overseeing the Mary Moore Institute and companion trust, serving as a chaplain, and advising social activists. Vertical Divider
